Shipping

While we are so excited to get your order into your hands, we are only able to ship out orders during our shop's open hours, which means if you place your order after we close on Sunday, it may not be shipped until the following Thursday.

Shipping times shown at check out are after the package is picked up by the carrier.

If your item is damaged during shipment, please email us a photo at hello@calninhouse.com. We will be happy to refund you for this unfortunate occurrence.

Returns

We appreciate you selecting Calnin House for your homeware and decor!

We strive to select products which will delight and serve you for years or that you may pass on to someone else to love and enjoy. That said, sometimes you are not satisfied and would like to return the item. We are happy to help. See our process below:

  1. Within 30 days of your purchase date, email us at hello@calninhouse.com or via the form below with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond confirming that the return is approved and provide the address to mail your package.
  3. Carefully pack your item and ship it back to us. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping costs for returns.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will refund you in your original form of payment.
