Refunds and Returns

We appreciate you selecting Calnin House for your homeware and decor!

We strive to select products which will delight and serve you for years to come. That said, if you are not satisfied and would like to return the item, we are happy to help. See our process below:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your item, email us at hello@calninhouse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond confirming that the return is approved and provide the address to mail your package.
  3. Carefully pack your item and ship it back to us. 
  4. Once we receive the item, we will refund you in your original form of payment.

Any vintage items are considered final sale.

Shipping Costs

In the event that an item arrives damaged or we have shipped an incorrect item, we will be happy to cover the return shipping. 

Unfortunately, as a micro business, we are unable to cover the shipping costs for returns if the item is not to your liking. 

We know it can be tricky to order online. If you are uncertain about an item you see on our website and would like additional photos or videos, we would be happy to provide as much detail on the item as needed before placing your order.
