Shipping policy

While we are so excited to get your order into your hands, but please note we are a very small business and will aim to ship orders within 2 or 3 days from when the order comes in. If a significant delay occurs, we will reach out to you.

Shipping times shown at checkout are after the package is picked up by the carrier.

If your item is damaged during shipment, please email us a photo at hello@calninhouse.com. If a replacement is available, we are happy to send you a new item while supplies last or refund you for this unfortunate occurrence. Shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items will be on us. However, please see our returns and refunds policy for shipping items if an item is not to your liking.
